Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 12.05.2024 This policy governs all 1:1 mentorship services provided by Jerome Rodgers-Blake through the Advanced Animation Academy, including: • Strategic Career Intensive • 1 Month Career Accelerator • 3 Month Elite Mentorship By enrolling in any mentorship tier, you agree to the following terms: ________________________________________ 1. Application & Acceptance • The Career Accelerator and Elite Mentorship are available by application only. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. • Applicants will be invited to a qualifying consultation if their goals and profile align with the standards and capacity of the mentorship. • All decisions regarding acceptance are final and made at the sole discretion of Jerome Rodgers-Blake. ________________________________________ 2. Payment Terms • Strategic Career Intensive requires full payment upfront to confirm the session. • Career Accelerator and Elite Mentorship require full payment upfront upon acceptance. • Payment plans (if offered) are private and not advertised publicly. • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies regardless of session attendance, progress, or change of personal circumstances. ________________________________________ 3. Session Attendance & Rescheduling • Strategic Career Intensive: o Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. o No-shows or late cancellations forfeit the session. • Accelerator & Elite Mentorship: o Clients are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. o Reschedules require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. o Missed sessions without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. o Persistent rescheduling may result in termination of mentorship without refund. ________________________________________ 4. Client Responsibility & Commitment • This mentorship is for driven, committed animators only. • Results depend on your implementation, consistency, and engagement. • You are expected to complete all assigned tasks, participate fully, and take ownership of your growth. • The mentor provides guidance, accountability, and expertise — you are responsible for applying it. ____________________
