We want you to be completely satisfied with our courses and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
 

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
 

• You have not completed more than 25% of the course content

• You have not downloaded any course materials

• You have not shared your account information with anyone else
   

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@advancedanimationacademy.com and provide your name, email address, and order number. We may ask for additional information to process your refund.
 

If your refund request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving your request.
 

Please note that if you paid through a third-party payment provider, such as PayPal, additional fees may apply and we will only refund the net amount received.
 

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
